OUR BACKGROUND

Established in 2018, Rethink Property Consultancy was inspired with the ideology of putting vacant properties to good use; homes for the homeless, bases for businesses and helping clients obtain and achieve an income instead of costs and depreciating assets. To enable this, we offer consultancy services tailored to individual client circumstances, in all areas of the property market including, commercial, residential and investments.
Services offered include residential & commercial property sourcing, residential deal packaging, commercial lease renewals, commercial rent reviews, commercial & residential service charge budgeting/reconciliation, residential property assessments, residential sales and purchase management, redevelopment, and funding options. We cover projects throughout the UK, though predominantly operate in London, the Southeast, Kent and Surrey for commercial and for residential we operate in the South East only predominately Kent/Surrey and South East London borders.
Simply put - we help people. We achieve this with honest and compliant assessments, giving understanding for our client’s positions to enable them to make informed decisions to maximise their potential, whether it is their first purchase or considering options for a matured portfolio.
