Our Services

Lease Renewals

We are knowledgeable and experienced with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 legislation and we can advise on all aspects of the landlord and tenant relationship. Conversant in all ongoing situations for both tenants and landlords prior to the expiry of an existing lease.

Rent Reviews

We offer advice to tenants and landlords on impending rent reviews that are in accordance with the lease agreement. With our experience in negotiating the rent review, we aim to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties.

Service Charge Budgeting / Reconciliation

We can advise both tenants and landlords on commercial service charge budgeting and year end reconciliations to ensure that they are in line with the RICS Service Charges in Commercial Property Professional Statement. We have extensive knowledge and experience in setting new budgets, reviewing existing budgets, advising on compliance and all service charge related matters.

  • Lease Surrenders – We assist in reaching mutual agreements between both parties to bring the lease agreement to an early end.
